About us
For more than 40 years our trout farm has been operating on the southwestern edge of the Vienna Forest, just 50 km from the center of the Austrian capital.
The purest water from the spring, fresh air and beautiful nature of the mixed forest - all this is available at Forellenhof Kaumberg.
Here you can buy fresh or smoked fish, as well as go fishing. It will be interesting for both professional fishermen and families with children. You don't need
a license.

Fishing
The lower lake with different types of sturgeon and carp is suitable for patient fishermen.
The upper lake with trout and char is ideal for children of all ages and for those who prefer fast fishing.
You can catch fish with a spinning rod, fly fishing or
with a blinker.
The main condition is to use only a single smooth hook.

How to get there: We are located about 50 km from the center of Vienna and 17 km from Alland. Drive through Alland, Altenmarkt and Thenneberg, then turn left onto Höfnergraben. Go straight ahead without turning anywhere, and after about 2.5 km you will see a large parking lot.
